Mental health and addiction are both very prevalent in our society, yet two of the most challenging subjects to discuss. This, in turn, leads to continued stigma and lack of support for those in our industry who may be facing this in their families and workplaces.

This session will be moderated by Rachelle to facilitate experience sharing from three perspectives:

1) a Notary speaking about their specific challenges in practice, 2) a specialist with HumanaCare to highlight support that Notaries have through their society dues, and 3) an advocate in the field of addictions with real-life grassroots experience in helping others make change for the better.
