With 25 years of experience in the EAP and group benefits industry, Sylvia’s passion is helping people achieve their health, wellness, and self-development goals. Her career has always had a health and wellness focus. Over the years, she has witnessed firsthand the benefit that organizations will see when they take care of their employees and challenge them to be stewards of their own health. Sylvia started at HumanaCare in 2019 as Regional Director of Western Canada and in 2020, assumed the role of VP, of Sales. Sylvia will be the lead for ensuring that management, employees and their families receive the best in EFAP services available. Sylvia is proud to play a role in helping organizations develop their strategic benefits and wellness plans.
