Rachelle is an organization development and management consultant specializing in training, coaching, leadership assessments/development, succession strategy, and strategic planning. She holds certification in several leadership development programs, including the Emotional Intelligence assessment, EQ-i 2.0, The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS), TTI SI assessments, and Coaching for Commitment. These programs, along with her knowledge and experience in various leadership roles, makes her a sought-after facilitator, trainer and coach.

Rachelle has provided consulting and coaching services across industry sectors as wide ranging as engineering, financial services, manufacturing, graphic design/advertising, health care and non-profit services. She has developed three successful business, worked in a variety of corporate and mid-sized businesses and was previously CEO of a Canadian communications research company.
