Dave is a corporate/commercial lawyer focused on delivering legal services to small and medium sized businesses. After completing his articles with a boutique firm in downtown Vancouver, Dave was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2021, and immediately began practicing law with Benchmark Law Corporation. Alongside his legal career, Dave was also an Employment Standards Office with the BC Ministry of Labour and Technology Coordinator for a local arts-oriented legal non-profit. Prior to attending law school, Dave was a Property Manager and Business Development Coordinator for Canada's largest co-operative housing management company here in BC.

Dave is a lifelong Vancouverite, and is always excited to assist local businesses, start-ups, societies, co-operatives, artists and community-based organizations in meeting their needs and realizing their goals.

When he isn't practicing law, you can find him on stage rocking hard with his band, on the pitch kicking a soccer ball, building legal apps, or spending time with his partner and Olive, their Corgi-Sheltie.
