For more than 25 years, Geoff has provided a “go to” law boutique of estate & trust experience for financial & estate planning professionals and their clients. He is an editor of BC’s legal manual for Probate Law; and has acted in many ground-breaking legal decisions including:
o the first acceptance of multiple wills in BC;
o the endorsement of disability trusts by the Supreme Court of Canada; and,
o the successful defense of probate-avoidance trusts.

Estate and will planning is intensely personal and meaningful—it culminates into a person’s lasting legacy. Geoff works with other advisors to help their clients make these important decisions. Together, we ensure their estate goals are implemented in ways that protect wealth and avoid costs and complications.
Geoff’s community commitments include: Past Chair of the BC Law Foundation, Past Chair of the CBA National Elder Law Section; Founding Chair of the Okanagan Branch of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners.
