D’Arcy Frankland has been a practising notary in Campbell River on Vancouver Island for 32 years.

In addition to her work as a notary public, D’Arcy has been directly involved in land development and construction for more than three decades. She has extensive experience with zoning applications, strata developments, condominium/apartment construction and land development. Having a particular interest in interior design, construction and landscaping often finds her reviewing plans for upcoming projects. As well, D’Arcy assists clients with a variety of projects from subdivisions to multi-family developments.

Being mindful of the many environmentally sensitive areas where development often occurs, can also lead to D’Arcy’s involvement in foreshore, creekside and upland restoration projects.

Although, she knows little about the actual art of surveying, she has been known to grab her gum boots and head out to a site with a survey pole in hand attempting to assist with ground elevation checks, from time to time.
