Steve helped LTSA customers and stakeholders transition to modernized systems for over 5 years, and translating complex technical information to help customers optimize their technology investments for 20 years. At the LTSA, Steve leads a team of more than 20 customer and technical support representatives to ensure customers can easily access the support they need via front counter services, phone, email, video tutorials and the Help website.
